Meet the Perennius family

Two stockbrokers founded Perennius more than 30 years ago to manage their own investments. Today, Perennius comprises a team of 20 professionals, organized in different companies that specialize in a diverse range of sectors:

  • Fides invests in high-growth, technology-based companies.
  • Citrus is home to large companies in northern Madrid, Zaragoza, Valencia and Pamplona.
  • Plector provides residential housing in the best areas of Madrid.
  • Perennius US, Inc. invests in the United States.

How we invest

  • Long term Because we believe that a solid sustanaible asset strategy can’t be based in short term speculative moves.
  • We diversify by geography and sector in financial products, real estate, and high growth companies in Spain and the United States. We also capitalize on emerging opportunities in other regions, such as Colombia.
